DACH Sales Director

Description:

FSLogix is seeking a highly motivated, energetic individual to join the company’s sales team as a Sales Director for the DACH region, reporting directly to the VP of WW Sales. As a Sales Director, you will have direct responsibility for closing new business, expanding existing customer deployments, and engaging channel partners across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will have the opportunity to over-achieve and earn uncapped commissions and accelerators. You will have experience selling emerging technologies over an extended sales cycle competing against the status quo or against incumbents. You must excel at finding and closing new business while also expanding existing relationships, and have strong problem solving and consultative sales skills. You should be self-starting, highly motivated and a high achiever capable of working independently. In summary, it is an incredibly dynamic role that will test your hunting, farming and channel engagement skills each and every week.  

Your principal responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing a territory while meeting or exceeding assigned revenue targets
  • Prospecting for new business through direct customer engagement
  • Working with partners to increase FSLogix product knowledge and to help enable opportunity identification and development
  • Carrying out all aspects of the sale including pricing negotiations, contract development, and ensuring successful order fulfillment
  • Building relationships directly with Microsoft and Citrix, along with other key ecosystem players in an effort to build pipeline and co-sell with partners
  • Leveraging and maximizing network partners, alliances, and system integrators as an integral component of the FSLogix fulfillment channel

Requirements: 

  • 7+ years prior technology sales experience – successful track record of above-quota sales performance a must
  • Strong knowledge of solution selling techniques and processes
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Successful track record in sales-driven environments
  • Experience in End User Computing, Desktop Virtualization and Desktop Management solutions (Citrix, VMWare, AppSense, RES etc.)
